LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These terms apply when you download, buy, or use software made by Almudio. Almudio is the trading name of Almog Harari, a sole proprietor (Osek Patur) based in Israel. You can reach us at almogharari.biz@gmail.com. By installing or using our software you agree to these terms.

Purchases and Merchant of Record

Our checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. That means Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction: Paddle takes the payment, manages currency and fraud checks, and handles all sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's buyer terms (see paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Almudio licenses the software to you under the terms below.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
